Inked in Gray is expanding! We are currently open for a few positions.
We are looking to fill the following positions:
- Publicist
- Marketing and Design
- Assistant Editor
Publicist
Applicants should have 5 – 7 hours per week available, though the position is very flexible (and remote). The publicist would be primarily responsible for:
- Cultivating and maintaining successful relationships with bookstores and other outlets
- Creating press kit materials and pitch stories and products on behalf of Inked
- Arranging relevant interviews and review opportunities
Marketing Coordinator
Applicants should have 5 – 7 hours per week available, though the position is very flexible (and remote). The marketing coordinator would be primarily responsible for:
- Solicitation and coordination of ARCs and merch reviews
- Keeping up to date on marketing trends and influencers
- Assist in marketing campaigns for new and existing releases.
Ideally, applicants should have strong communication skills and not be averse to using Discord and/or email to communicate with other members of staff and authors.
